Inkwell - English Crystal Mid 19th Century

This Mid-19th Century English crystal inkwell has many facets for reflecting the light. 
It has a brass hinge which rims both the well and its lid. 
It measures 2 3/4" x 2 3/4" an is about 4" high. One corner of the bottom has a small chip.
